I spearheaded the brand identity development for Jubilant FoodWorks as they set out to establish a QSR biryani chain in India.
I led a team of two designers in building the brand from the ground up—from logo design and brand concept to packaging and research-driven strategy. Managing workflows and developing comprehensive brand guidelines, I ensured a consistent and impactful visual identity.
Collaborating with five key stakeholders, I prioritized strategic decision-making, iterative design, and agile execution, aligning the brand’s vision with market expectations to create a compelling, scalable identity.

Limeroad
For Limeroad, a leading e-commerce platform in India with millions of daily active users, I was tasked with redesigning the shop page interactions. By optimizing the layout and refining CTAs, I helped increase click-through rates by 15% and improved overall user engagement by 20%. These design changes enhanced the shopping experience, making it more intuitive and boosting the platform's performance in key user metrics.

Tingaland
I had the opportunity to create a playful and engaging brand identity for Tingaland, India's No.1 fun and party zone for kids. My role as a lead designer involved developing the logo, tagline, and complete brand identity. I also conceptualized the merchandise design, designed the mascot, and crafted an immersive universe where kids can earn reward points, badges, and currency to enhance their engagement.
This project required close collaboration with three other designers and multiple stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure the brand's vision aligned across all touchpoints.
The brand experience became a key differentiator, contributing to increased footfall and customer retention, while the fun and rewarding elements created an exciting and memorable experience for kids.
